Calm

This app is multi-faceted. Not only does it come with a library of guided meditations ranging in five to ten minutes, but it has other tools for mindfulness as well. Breathe

Breathe is a new apple app being offered on the apple watch and soon other ios devices. Set timers throughout the day to remind you to take a pause and breathe. Connecting with the health app, breathe tracks your progress and how many minutes you spent meditating.
